When a large organization, with over 2000 employees working from some 90 locations needed a time accounting system created, they called on CONFIDUS.

The time accounting system had to be accessible from the Intranet and Internet. It had different reporting requirements for each of 9 different types of employee. FLSA rules were important as well, and CONFIDUS coded all of these into the application. Workflow processing was critical to timely data collection and payment. CONFIDUS implemented email notifications and a user portal home page that provided a "dashboard" of pending and completed tasks.

The organization was able to see the reduction of 40 "timekeeping" positions, with those resources now redeployed to more mission critical tasks. Time reporting errors are down and timely reporting is way up.

CONFIDUS was involved with this project through the entire life cycle. Starting with Business Process analysis, the project ended with a phased rollout to the various geographies covered by the organization.
