Compensation
CONFIDUS offers a variety of employment options. We offer salaried and hourly employment, both available with and without benefits. By working with us to customize your compensation package, you create the financial option that is best for you.
Quarterly Bonuses
We pay quarterly bonuses for project and staff augmentation engagements. The bonus is based upon the total hours "billed" during the quarter and the overall impact that you have had with the client.
Annual Profit Sharing
Annually, we allocate a large percentage of profits to our employees. We recognize your contribution of time and energy and share the benefits of your affiliation back with you in a special, annual way.
401K
Our 401K program gifts up to 6% of your salary or hourly annual pay back to you in an annual 401K company contribution. This is not a match. it is yours whether you contribute personally or not. The actual amount of the annual contribution is based on company profitability.
Personal Time Off
CONFIDUS provides Personal Time Off (PTO), based on hours worked. A full time employee can expect to receive 23 or more days of PTO each of their first three years, and 28 or more beginning in year 4.
Medical Insurance
We offer quality medical insurance and prescription drug coverage through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. HSA and Cafeteria Accounts are also available depending upon your health insurance choice.
Cafeteria Account
CONFIDUS offers a Cafeteria spending account program for reimbursement of tax-free qualified medical and child care expenses.
Dental Insurance
We offer competitive dental insurance coverage through Unicare Dental.
Disability Insurance
CONFIDUS offers Disability Insurance matching up to $60,000 in annual income during an unfortunate short or long term disability, no matter what the length.
